Echolac was founded in 1964 in Tokyo Japan by the Mitsubishi Group. The founder of Echolac was Mr. Reizo Koseki, who gave the brand a profound culture and concept. Up until now, the brand Echolac has more than 50 years of history in the luggage industry.
Since their foundation, Echolac`s products are designed by experienced Italian, Japanese and Chinese designers, creating a unique mixture of Eastern and Western style. Echolac relies on a strong scientific background and continuous technological innovation.
In 1965, Echolac developed the world's first ABS attache case, which made the brand famous and is still known for up until today. In 1982, Echolac launched the KN-6 series briefcase, which has been sold worldwide for more than 20 years.
Due to their persistence and high investment in research and development, the brand has always continued to grow. In 1999, Echolac developed the T1300 series PP hard case, using the injection processing method for the first time, which has led to a decrease in weight of about 20%.
Thanks to their unique design, high-quality material and sophisticated technology, Echolac`s products have a good reputation in Europe and the middle east and are exported to over 30 countries. More than 80 million Echolac suitcases have been sold in 2014.
Current collections are designed by Italian designer Marco Pulga.
